At STUNÈ Silver by Shelly, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for orders shipped within India. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received 

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, invoices, and complimentary items (if any) 

  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or mishandling 

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required 

Products returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Your order number 

  • Reason for return 

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 

  • An unpacking video in case of damaged or incorrect products 

Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return shipping details.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Record a clear unpacking video while opening the package 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Share the unpacking video along with product and packaging photos 

Claims for damaged products without an unpacking video may not be eligible for approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products 

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers 

  • Gift cards 

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear 


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order separately after the return is approved.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method 

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider 

Shipping charges, COD charges, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
